Your grandmother’s last hug is in the palm of our hands.

Literally.

Or least it has been many times before in our line of work.

We aren’t just talented.

We aren’t just someone to hire.

We aren’t just really good at position and color and angles and problem solving...

And we don’t want your arm or your leg.

We do however want to make you happy...really bad actually.

And we do hold memories and moments that you’ll never get back.

We add a little sparkle to them and send them back to you with forever in their future.

Sometimes we work late into the night editing to get galleries out on time, and we stand outside in the winter to capture the perfect moment.

But we love what we do.

We even love you.

And we love your moments.

We love capturing the way your baby runs towards you as the sun sets.

We love grasping the moment your daddy looks over at you as he walks you towards the new love of your life.

We have blisters after 12 hour weddings, we don’t eat for far too many hours at a time, we cringe when our past clients post asking for someone “cheaper” after we put our heart into their last session and we are our own worst critic.

But we relish in running through that field in October with your little ones.

We feel privileged to have taken the last photo of so many grandparents.

And we cry with you when you tell us thank you for those things.

We’re your wedding day ally.

We’re your family session coordinator.

We’re your reassurance that “we did get at least one good one of your full of energy toddler.”

We’re your listening ear.

We’re your friend.

We’re your photographer.

And we hope to stay that way.

Yes, we’re hired...but we’re so much more than that.

You matter to us...

And so does your grandmother’s last hug.

Thank you for trusting us.

Thank you for being loyal to us.

Thank you for being patient with us.

We’re working really hard to add a little magic to your moments...

And it’s often why we miss out on some of our own. 🤍

Let me Capture Every Moment, so you can enjoy them forever.

With love, JCHallPhotography
